My heart led me here, through a life of many challenges which have become the gifts which I am offering. My old stories were characterised by problematic mental and physical health, dysfunctional relationship patterns and fears of being my true self in the world. I have not arrived in some kind of enlightened state of perfection; instead it is a way of being, of growing and of finding ways to be with and move through whatever comes my way. This is my offering to you.

The Rain Dance - Meditation & Art Therapy practice

This video is the first in a series prompted by the Australian bush Fires recently. It comes from a place of longing to contribute to the cause and particularly to those effected by this very challenging time (I myself having friends and family directly effected). I plan to also make vids on ‘Grief & Loss’ and ‘Heart Change for Climate Change’.

I woke heavy from the burden of grief of so many and the fears of my own around safety for people, creatures and our dear earth herself. So heavy that I couldn’t see how I would face the day, and then I was gifted this inspiration. Feeling called to offer you the ways in which I navigate hard times like this. Called to push through my own insecurities around being truly seen and to just ‘Bring it’ and trust that what I share will reach someone.

So here it is; a map that may help you find a way of supporting those you love when you feel helpless amidst this chaos. A way that might help you find some peace of your own as you centre yourself and re-focus on the outcome we need. Rain and safety for all.
